We use pair programming extensively in an agile environment.  This has greatly sped up development time and cut way back on defect rates.

Does anyone else use pair programming? If so, do you have any unique tips that you would be so kind to share?  Thanks!

We kind of follow an Agile approach, but I think most companies say its agile, but often change the most important parts of it!

Do any other testers out there work in an Agile environment?

I would really like to discuss  it.

Thanks,

Robbo
