The best weblink checkers I have used are DeepTrawl (http://www.deeptrawl.com/index.htm) and DiskViz (http://www.diskviz.com/).  Neither are free, but are among the most comprehensive and reliable tools for finding broken links, external dependencies, exit points and navigation patterns that visitors use.  For a free, open-source tool, I also recommend LinkChecker which was mentioned below.

Found a great tool for checking Weblinks:

http://www.relsoftware.com/

There is a free open source link checker at: http://linkchecker.sourceforge.net/

Anyone got a better one?
