In many places, mineral water is often colloquially used to mean carbonated water, which is usually carbonated mineral water, as opposed to tap water. But I don't have any idea if oil is much cheaper than mineral water.
Dudes (and dudettes), I dont know what's going on or where we are getting our oil from but lately it is just insane! I might be using "walk-and-see-more" these days but these oil prices have a serious effect on food and taxi fare. Well at least people are starting to drive slower which buys me more time to cross the street safely
